You can still find just a little bit of fall color hanging on here and there in the Mountain Empire! Steele Creek Park in Bristol, Tn. this afternoon.

"Holston Mtn. - Mid Fall"

Looking at Holston Mountain from top of South Holston Dam, most of the fall color is gone. You can still see a leaf line on the mountain about half way down, but for the most part it is heading into winter mode! In Sullivan County, Tn. near Bristol.

With Veterans Day coming up, this one just seems appropriate! Veterans Overlook on Hwy. 25E at the crest of Clinch Mountain in Grainger County, Tn.

Fall in the Mountain Empire comes and goes way too fast. Here is one refusing to give it up, yet! Along the lakeside trail at Steele Creek Park in Bristol, Tn.
